One thing in advance. If I had known how simple and ingenious it was, I would have had one long ago. I think the video speaks for itself.
The most important facts for you in summary:
🐴 Many horses can't get hay 24/7, but the eating breaks shouldn't be too long either. I use the gate for “lunchtime hay”.
🐴 If a horse needs to be fed, you can put it in and it will automatically come out again. Ideal for older horses that need more feed.
🐴 You save time, travel, fuel and money. I prepare the feed for lunch in the morning and don't have to go to the horses three times a day.
🐴 In summer the horses can go out to pasture independently. Also ideal for grazing.
🐴 The system works in any weather and without storms. I can attach it anywhere.
