Are there any customs or import duties incurred when I order from the Icelandic Horse Shop in Switzerland?

No. Delivery is fully duty paid at the final price stated in the shop, including Swiss VAT, due to our delivery warehouse in Switzerland. There are no additional import duties for the customer upon delivery - we take care of that.

Postage, customs and duties are included for you as a customer in Switzerland. There are therefore neither import duties nor presentation taxes. Your order will be delivered to your doorstep, fully cleared and taxed.
