Thanks to the grid spacing of 5 cm, the horses consume food slowly but steadily and can therefore contribute to the animals' well-being. The horizontal opening at the bottom prevents leftover food from piling up on the floor and makes it easier to completely empty and clean the rack. In addition, the slanted base plate ensures that the hay residues slide down.
