DEFICIENCY IN BASIC FEED
There are many situations that increase the need for trace elements, such as shedding, stressful situations related to husbandry or use, breeding, high performance and age or excessive grain and protein feeding. The trace element requirement cannot be covered by basic feed (pasture grass, hay) and the addition of grain alone. Overexploitation, one-sided fertilization of pasture and arable land as well as the lack of mineral-rich herbs lead to nutrient depletion of the soil - the best known being selenium deficiency. In horses, the deficiency situations manifest themselves as coat, skin and hoof problems, nervousness, immune system disorders, impaired feed utilization, muscle and performance problems. Difficulty feeding, reproductive, growth and development disorders as well as nutrition-related sweet itch are also among the consequences. In particular, stressed, acidic and immune-unstable horses, allergy sufferers, eczema sufferers and horses with metabolic disorders need an increased supply of trace elements.
BALANCED THROUGH HIGHLY BIOAVAILABLE MINERALS
Organically bound trace elements can be present as amino acid chelates or as sugar compounds, as well as as ingredients of yeast or algae. This ensures optimized absorption into the organism.
NATURAL REGULATIVE PROTEIN BUILDING BLOCKS
In the organism, regulatory protein building blocks (nucleotides) support the function of trace elements and vitamins to naturally support health. This benefits the horse's immune defense, metabolism, ability to cope with stress and faster regeneration after states of exhaustion.

Feeding recommendation
Offer approx. 15-20 g per 100 kg body weight per day mixed with the crib food. Note: During winter feeding, additional vitaminization must be considered if given alone.

Feeding advice
Due to the higher content of vitamins and trace elements compared to complete feed, this supplementary feed may only be fed to horses up to 1.6% of the daily ration (including hay). Please stick to the feeding recommendations.

Es wird sehr gerne gefressen und ich glaube es hat den Fellwechsel auch unterstützt. Ich werde es nach der Diät weiter geben.
Leider kann man Nachsaat auf der Weide schlecht fotografieren.... Aber der Kauf lief nach Plan und die Saat keimt inzwischen zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Jederzeit wieder!

Die Pferde fressen die Icelandic Brix sehr gerne und die leichte Portionierung finde ich prima. Unser Hufrehe-Pferd hat auch auf die Gabe von den Brix gut reagiert.

Mein Pferd frisst das Glucogard sehr gerne. Es wurde mir im letzten Jahr von St. Hippolyt empfohlen, weil wir Stoffwechselprobleme und dadurch bedingt Sommerekzem bekommen haben. Die Umstellung in der Ernährung scheint meinem Pferd gut getan zu haben. Fell glänzt und das Scheuern hält sich sehr in Grenzen. Kann erst mehr sagen wenn der Sommer vorbei ist.
Wird von meinen Pferden super angenommen. Fütter es schon seit einigen Jahren und bin zufrieden.
