Return shipping

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return your order within 14 days of receiving your order. If you would like an exchange for an equivalent item from our range , we can immediately provide a free return label from DHL. Please write us a message (email, WhatsApp, contact form ) which item you would like.

Please note that we can only offer free return shipping via DHL or GLS within Germany if the value of the retained goods is at least 100 euros or an exchange (e.g. different size, etc.) is desired. If the value falls below 100 euros due to a return, we can provide a return label for 6.95 euros, except for items that have to be sent by courier or if all items in the order are returned. Alternatively, the return can be franked yourself, even from other EU countries. We ask for your understanding that we cannot generally cover the costs of returns, otherwise we would have to pass the fees on to our sales prices and shipping costs are currently constantly increasing.

To use the return option, simply send us a short message with the subject Return, stating your #order number, if possible the reason for the return (we can process defective items correctly) and the products you would like to return. to the following address. An employee will then contact you and explain the next steps.

Please note that only returns can be accepted if they are in new condition after inspection, also with regard to the health of other horses. After we receive the return, it will be checked by an employee. If everything is in order, a refund will be made immediately using the payment method used for the purchase.
