Note: The APART Unlike the other Casco models, it is not adjusted to the size of your head using an adjustable wheel. If the helmet seems a little too tight after putting it on, wait a moment until the automatic adjustment takes place. If the helmet is a little too big for you, you can simply insert the included padding into the helmet.

If you otherwise use the Camp-3 riding helmet , a size smaller for the APART might be more suitable.

What size do I need?

A helmet can only protect you if it fits correctly. The different sports helmet sizes are based on the circumference of the rider’s head. Each size covers head circumferences with usually a difference of 3 to 6 cm thanks to adjustment options.

• To measure, use a normal tape measure or a string that is placed around the widest part of the head and then measured.

Head circumference = size of the helmet

• 52 to 56 cm = S
• 56 to 58 cm = M
• 58 to 62 cm = L

Check the fit by trying to turn the helmet left and right with both hands. The helmet fits correctly if the skin on the forehead moves slightly. The belts must also be adjusted correctly. You must not be able to move the helmet out of the horizontal position despite pulling firmly with both hands. The helmet must therefore not be able to be moved forwards or backwards. If this is the case, you should readjust the straps.

How do I best care for my helmet?

• Clean your helmet with these Casco care products or with water, mild soap and a soft cloth.

How long can I expect to use?

• At least 8 years from the date of manufacture if the product is treated properly.
